THEYA LEDs ensure stable relative intensity correction for Raman instruments operating at 532nm and 785nm wavelengths. Each LED undergoes rigorous testing against the applicable NIST standard to ensure consistent results for different types of materials for relative intensity correction (RIC).

Each of our LEDs is accompanied by a traceability and reproducibility certificate, which proves the quality of our products. (datasheet)

Probes for the spectrometers

The following probes, which meet the standard requirements of users but can also be customized in some cases, are available:

  • NEEGALAâ„¢ Raman probe - unique design that can record 2 complementary laser lines simultaneously

  • Standard Raman probe - suitable for single laser lines - they are standard but can be modified and configured in various combinations

Both probes support a variety of different shafts and optics.

Reference materials

The materials for calibration include the following standard reference samples.

Silicon

Can be used for laser zeroing. It provides a fine peak used by many researchers and Raman manufacturers. Evaluating this peak is the first step in checking for alignment problems.

Calcite

A material listed in ASTM - E2529 for evaluating the resolution of your system. This sample is ideal for observing the effects of different lenses or gratings on your spectra.

Polystyrene

This material is listed in ASTM - E1840, EU and US Pharmacopeia. It can be used for Raman shift calibration.
